This Privacy Policy applies to the applications developed by Conversa Lab, which are available in the AppStore and Google Play, and the Facebook Apps associated to those apps (collectively, the “Applications”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use that information.

What information we collect

When you interact with the Applications, we may collect information about your device and the ads you view or click. We collect public information that may identify you, such as your name (in Facebook or other platforms) to enrich the experience, an a unique identifier the platform over which the Applications are running may provide us. This usually is limited to identify you while using the apps (as is the case with Facebook), and if provided with an option we will opt to use a way to link multiple sessions to a person, without identifying the person.

You many decide to volunteer your mail, address or other personal information explicitly when you are interacting with the Applications (for example for a food delivery service).

How we use & share the information we collect

Our ad partners use the information we collect to generate interest and demographic categories (for example, ‘sports enthusiasts’ or ‘inferred age: 18-34’) and serve more relevant ads, to report ad conversion, to detect and prevent fraud, frequency capping of ads and monitor, analyze and improving the overall service.

If you have volunteered your email or any other personal information explicitly, as mentioned above we will only share it with third parties that need it to actually deliver the service or product. Such sharing will most likely be implicit in the transaction.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may disclose information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues.
